The rise in demand for Nordic food products with genuine captivating stories of origin is opening new market-opportunities for the Nordic food industry; on a small as well as a large scale. Within the Meyer Group we have, over the years, gained specific competence in developing quality food products and business models that achieve success in the top end of the market. In order to further promote this positive market development, we have decided also to offer these skills in the form of counselling of small and large businesses, food related organisations and restaurants etc.

Meyer Consulting helps food companies and organisations develop strategies and concepts that increases profits from the top part of the market. We create outstanding products and communication that attract the consumer through unique stories of origin.
 
Vision
The Nordic food industry shall serve as a model for innovative product development and the marketing of unique food products. Consumers, suppliers and skilled professionals throughout the world shall experience and demand the special qualities and competencies that characterise our Nordic capabilities.
 

Our counsulting services are mainly directed towards two sectors:

Food businesses, food organisations and food networks that wish to strengthen their position in the top of their category or establish new concepts directed towards gourmet oriented consumers. Here we can direct our efforts towards the entire process as a whole, or parts of it, from the idea/innovation phase, to concept development, onto launching and marketing. In addition to the Meyer Group’s own experience, we have executed several such tasks for both small and large companies and organisations.
Restaurants, canteens, catering and institutions that require specific professional knowhow, new inspiration or a boost of menu profile, work processes etc. In this field we also have our own experience to draw on and have executed such tasks for numerous kitchens in this sector.
