Career: Claus Meyer hosted his own TV-series on cooking, entitled ‘Meyers Kökken’ (Meyer’s Kitchen) on national Danish TV (DR1) from 1991-1998. He currently acts as foodstuff advisor and gives public lectures in addition to writing cookbooks (He has published 14 cookbooks in all).
