Scientific study confirms that the New Nordic Diet causes weight loss

The preliminary results of the scientific research on the correlation between weight loss and the New Nordic Diet show that eating Nordic food is an effective way to curb obesity in the Danish population.
The research is being conducted by the University of Copenhagen and features some remarkable findings so far. Whereas overweight participants following the New Nordic Diet lost 3.1 kilos on average after 12 weeks, participants who ate typical meals only lost 1.6 kilos on average.
